Replacement & Refund

If any of our products have a defect in their quality, you have the option to return it to us within 7 days of purchase. Once we confirm the product defect, we will refund the appropriate amount to your account within 48 hours, following the guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy.

How to claim a REFUND:

Please inform us within 7 days of your purchase by sending an email to thegoodgrown@gmail.com to notify us about any defects in our product. Please include supporting images, a description of the issue, and your purchase order number.

Once we evaluate the information you provide, we will respond to you with our authorization for the return.

After we receive the goods and confirm the defect, we will initiate either a refund or a replacement. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment.

RETURN OF WRONGLY SUPPLIED PRODUCT:

Any of our products, in-correctly delivered against your order, can be returned to us within 3 days of receipt of the same.

EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON:

The company does not offer any exchange of our products, except for defective or tampered packaging.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

We have a straightforward cancellation policy. You can cancel any order as long as the goods have not been dispatched, normally one day before the delivery date. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care number at +91 9019310347 or email us at thegoodgrown@gmail.com promptly. Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. 

Once we confirm the cancellation of your order, we will make arrangements to refund the full amount of your order.

RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON:

The company does not offer any return option for the purchased product for any reason whatsoever. This is strictly in view of the hygiene, safety, and sensitive nature of all of our products. However, in case of a genuine exchange need, please connect us by e-mail to thegoodgrown@gmail.com and we will consider the same on the merit of the individual case. The company’s decision in this regard will be final.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION:

In case your purchased product is received in damaged condition, please inform us, within 3 days of receipt of the product, by e-mail to thegoodgrown@gmail.com describing the damage in the product, supported by images, description, and your purchase order number.
